On-site Risk Assessment
Druml Group Onsite Risk Assessment!

If You Don't Eliminate Your Risk, Your Risk Will Eliminate You

The best and most accurate way to assess risk is by means of an independent third-party review of your organization. It is simply the most neutral way of assessing risk because as an independent the assessment is conducted fairly, with reasonable judgment and realistic expectations.

The best and most powerful way to remove any risk identified by a construction risk assessment is by following the corrective recommendations made by experienced construction professionals who are experts in risk management.

An Onsite Druml Group Construction Risk Assessment satisfies both of these criteria since our experts are indeed neutral third parties and construction experts. In fact, all of our expert risk assessors have either had previous construction industry accounting manager, controller, or CFO experience and know construction systems and controls by either experience or training. Our experts in risk assessment travel anywhere in the 50 United States to satisfy the risk assessment needs of our clients.

The steps to obtain a Druml Group Construction Risk Assessment are as follows:

First: click on Service Inquiry and let us know that you are interested in our services.

Second: you will be asked to complete a contractor's questionnaire that we use to get to know you better.

Third: we will contact you and provide a quotation, proposed schedule for the assessment and a list of risk factor groupings with the likely source for information required to complete the assessment.

Fourth: we will arrive onsite and begin the assessment. In order to perform an assessment with the least amount of interruption to your business, it is necessary for us to have access to individuals and records in an efficient and organized manner. To do so, the risk factors we assess are broken down into groups so that each separate group of factors can be assessed via the same source of information. This provides the means for a fluid assessment as opposed to one that relies on many different sources of information. CAREFUL ATTENTION TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ASSESSEMENT AND MAKING THE NECESSARY SOURCES OF INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF ASSESSEMENT WILL ENSURE THAT THE ASSESSMENT IS CONDUCTED SMOOTHLY, WITH LEAST INTERUPTION AND BEST COST-EFFECTIVENESS.

Fifth: upon completion of the assessment, we return to our office, calculate a Druml Group Risk Rating® ("digger" rating™), develop our recommendations, compile and generate the report and certify it for accuracy.

Sixth: we deliver the report to your door and discuss the recommendations via teleconference, or in person at your request.

Finally, if you desire our help to begin implementing any of the recommendations that we provide, our staff has the experience and expertise to assist you in that undertaking.

Whether it be this Onsite Risk Assessment performed by Druml Group's industry experts, or a Self-Performed E-Assessment, our commitment remains steady; to "Help Reduce Construction Risk While Helping Contractors Master Money™." We look forward to becoming a partner in your success! Order your Risk Assessment now and start identifying, controlling and eliminating your risk today!
